Chief Executive Officer

Mother Dan-Egwu is a veteran Banker with over 3 decades of banking experience. She is a licensed Human Resources Practitioner and Chartered Human Resources Professional, and has functioned as a Divisional Head in Human Capital Management in one of the banks she's worked. Lady Dan-Egwu has held several portfolios, including Group Head of Experience Centre Coordination, Group Head of Experience Center Support Services, and Regional Head of Business Development. She is a member of the Lagos Metropolitan Investment Governing Board (LAMIGOB) — its Pioneer Secretary — and a Board Member of Ozubulu Employment Bureau, Anambra State. A graduate of Banking and Finance with an Executive MBA, she is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration, Doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, Senior Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators, and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

Anthonia is a fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over 22 years of extensive, diversified experience in auditing, accounting, treasury, risk management, compliance, corporate structure, IFRS, finance, tax, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, administration and advisory services. A Fellow of ICAN, she holds an MBA with Merit in Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool (UK) and a Doctor of Science in Business Management and Corporate Leadership from the European American University. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and of the Institute of Management Consultants, a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria, and holds an ACCA Diploma in IFRS. Her career includes Executive Director and Divisional Managing Director of the International Finance and Shared Services Division of Food Concepts Plc (owner of Chicken Republic), Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) — lead senior manager on the ExxonMobil Group and other key oil & gas, energy and utility audits — plus senior roles at Akintola Williams and Deloitte.

Khadija Ahmad Mohammed is a distinguished financial expert and accomplished banker with extensive experience in managerial, supervisory and leadership roles. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Industrialists and Corporate Administration (IICA) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Currently serving in one of the leading banks in Nigeria, Khadija previously excelled as a Branch Manager, leveraging strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills to drive business banking solutions and foster corporate growth. She holds a Master's degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor's in International Economics and Trade from Liaoning University of Technology, China.

Francisca is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and a Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP) — a licensed practitioner in the CIPM and CIBN with a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration. With over 20 years of banking experience, she has expertise in branch operations and management, sales and marketing, and treasury control, with international training including the Women Advancement Forum (Gambia), Team Building Skills & Emotional Intelligence, and Effective Leadership Development. She is currently the Convener/Executive Director of Youths Liberation Initiative, an NGO she directs with prudence.

Chukwuma Ivonye is a seasoned banker with over 25 years of core banking experience covering Risk Assets Creation and Management, International and Correspondent Banking, Treasury Operations, Treasury Management, Financial Institutions, and Corporate and Specialized Banking. A proven turnaround manager and financial market influencer, his positions include Divisional Head of Corporate and Specialized Banking, Divisional Head of Financial Institutions, Chief Dealer and Treasurer. He oversaw Treasury operations, Foreign Treasury and Correspondent Banking; served as MD/CEO of Spring Exchange BDC; and was pioneer Head of Foreign Operations at ACB International Bank.

Director

Bekin is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and of the Event Management Training Institute in the United Kingdom. She is the CEO of The Canyon Lekki and a director in several other successful companies in Nigeria. Before becoming a director, Bekin worked in banks and an insurance company, serving as a marketing executive and manager. She obtained degrees in Linguistics and in Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Port Harcourt and the University of Benin respectively, and has a keen interest in mentoring young business owners and start-ups.
